中药肾区外敷渗透并常规治疗复发性肾综225例疗效观察

【摘要】：目的：观察2006年~2007年全部复发性肾病综合征，入院患者用中药肾区外敷渗透并常规西医药治疗效果。方法：将部分中药粉碎微细化处理，另部分中药液化处理，粉液混合装袋醋浸后外敷在肾区皮肤上，用药物导入仪肾区靶点式导入人体，并用一般西医常规治疗。结果：3周治疗平均结果：水肿消失94.4%，尿量增加26%，24h尿蛋白定量下降57%，血白蛋白上升15.8%，BUN下降34.48%，血肌酐下降33.89%，TG下降32.5%，CHO下降17.65%，LDL下降38%，HDL上升258%，BP下降27/28%。结论：中药的肾区皮肤外敷渗透加西医常规治疗效果明显。

Abstract:
Objectives: observe all examples of recur nephrotec syndrom from2006-2007 ，in hospital’s patient use traditional Chinese medicine kidney area’s filter and general treatment ’s result. Method: Part of Traditional Chinese medicine crush and refine , another part of Traditional Chinese medicine fluidify, after power and liquid mixed and put in bag, add vinegar and outside apply on skin of kidney area, use medicine leading-in instrument’s target model enter human body’s kidney area. And use common western medicine doing general treatment together. Result：After three weeks treatment, the average result :disappear of edema94.4%,quantity of urine increase 26%,24 hours of albuminuria fix quantity comes down 57%,blood albumin increase15.8%,BUN comes down 34.48%,creatinine comes down 33.89%,TG comes down 32.5%,CHO comes down 17.6%,LDL comes down 38%,HDL increase 258%,BP comes down 27/28%. Conclusion: The result is effective after traditional Chinese medicine kidney area’s filter and general western medicine treatment.
